Our Commitment
At TBCo, we believe that all people should be treated with dignity, fairness, and respect. We are committed to respecting internationally recognised human rights across our operations, supply chain, products, services, and business relationships.
As a certified B Corporation, we recognise our responsibility to identify, prevent, mitigate, and address actual or potential adverse human rights impacts connected to our business activities. We are committed to conducting our business in a way that respects the rights and wellbeing of workers, customers, communities, and all individuals and communities affected by our own operations and our value chain
This commitment applies to all TBCo employees, directors, contractors, suppliers, business partners, and any other parties connected to our operations.
We recognise that certain individuals and groups may be at greater risk of adverse human rights impacts, including women, migrant workers, temporary workers, young workers, and other vulnerable groups. We seek to consider these risks within our human rights due diligence activities and decision-making processes.
International Standards
TBCo's approach to human rights is guided by and aligned with the following internationally recognised frameworks:
United Nations Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights
TBCo is committed to respecting the principles set out in the United Nations Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights, including our responsibility to avoid causing or contributing to adverse human rights impacts and to address impacts where they occur.
Universal Declaration of Human Rights
TBCo supports and respects the rights and freedoms contained within the Universal Declaration of Human Rights and the International Bill of Human Rights.
International Labour Organization (ILO) Declaration on Fundamental Principles and Rights at Work (2022)
TBCo is committed to upholding the five fundamental principles and rights at work:
Freedom of Association and Collective Bargaining
We respect workers' rights to form, join, and participate in trade unions and workers' organisations and to engage in collective bargaining where permitted by law.
Elimination of Forced Labour
We prohibit all forms of forced labour, bonded labour, prison labour, trafficking, modern slavery, and compulsory labour throughout our operations and supply chain.
Abolition of Child Labour
We prohibit child labour and support the effective abolition of all forms of child labour.
Elimination of Discrimination
We are committed to providing equal opportunities and maintaining workplaces free from discrimination, harassment, victimisation, and unfair treatment.
Safe and Healthy Working Environment
We support the provision of safe and healthy working conditions and the protection of workers' physical and mental wellbeing.
Modern Slavery
TBCo has zero tolerance for modern slavery, forced labour, human trafficking, or any form of exploitation.
We are committed to taking reasonable steps to identify, assess, and address the risk of modern slavery within our business operations and supply chain. Where risks are identified, we will work with relevant stakeholders to implement appropriate corrective actions and improvements.

Human Rights Due Diligence
TBCo seeks to identify, assess, prioritise, prevent, mitigate, and monitor human rights risks through activities including:

We recognise that human rights risks can evolve over time and are committed to continually strengthening our approach as our business grows.
Remediation and Corrective Action
Where TBCo identifies that it has caused or contributed to adverse human rights impacts, we will seek to provide or support appropriate remediation.
Where impacts are directly linked to our operations, products, services, or business relationships, we will work with relevant parties to encourage appropriate corrective action and improvement.
Actions may include corrective measures, supplier engagement, enhanced monitoring, policy improvements, training, or other appropriate responses depending on the circumstances.
Raising Concerns
Employees, suppliers, workers, customers, and other stakeholders are encouraged to raise concerns relating to human rights through TBCo's Stakeholder Grievance Procedure and Speak Up mechanisms.
Concerns may be raised confidentially and without fear of retaliation.
TBCo prohibits retaliation against any individual who raises a concern in good faith or participates in an investigation relating to human rights concerns.
We are committed to ensuring that concerns are reviewed fairly, appropriately, and in accordance with our grievance and whistleblowing procedures.
Governance
The Chief Executive Officer is accountable for the implementation of this commitment.
The Leadership Team is responsible for:

Monitoring human rights risks and emerging issues

Supporting effective due diligence processes

Reviewing significant concerns and grievances

Supporting corrective actions and continuous improvement

Promoting awareness of human rights responsibilities across the business
Where concerns relate to the Chief Executive Officer, oversight will be provided by the Board of Directors or an appointed independent representative.
Significant human rights risks or recurring concerns may be reported to the Board of Directors as part of governance oversight.
Transparency and Continuous Improvement
TBCo is committed to continuously improving its approach to human rights.
We seek to monitor human rights risks, review the effectiveness of our policies and processes, and identify opportunities for improvement across our operations and supply chain.
Where appropriate, TBCo may report on relevant human rights activities, progress, risks, and priorities through sustainability, impact, or annual reporting.
Review
This commitment will be reviewed annually, or sooner where required by changes in legislation, stakeholder expectations, business operations, or identified human rights risks.
