Dispatch Time

All of our products are shipped from Edinburgh, Scotland. Our warehouse is closed at weekends to give our hard-workers some time off, so any orders placed at weekends will be dispatched on the following Monday.

AU Delivery is on average 5-7 working days.

Unfortunately due to courier restrictions we do not ship to PO Box addresses or parcel lockers. Please provide a valid street address at checkout.

If you've selected our embroidery service, this will add 2 working days to your order delivery time.

We will keep you updated on its progress, so you’ll always know what’s happening. If you need your order quickly, do get in touch and we'll do our best to help.

Our warehouse is super speedy and order amendments are likely not possible after an order is placed. We'll always endeavour to make these changes where possible, so please reach out to our team here.

Delivery Costs to Australia

Delivery charges vary by country and item. After you enter an address at checkout, you can find our handy delivery calculator.

For orders over $295 AUD, enjoy FREE shipping to Australia. Gift cards do not count towards the free shipping minimum.
For orders under $295, the shipping cost can be calculated at checkout.

All duties and import tax for Australia are covered by TBCo and not required upon arrival of the parcel.

How are my items packaged?

We package each order as though it is a gift, because whether you are treating a loved one or yourself we want it to feel special. Everything is hand-wrapped with care and sent with love from Edinburgh.

We are environmentally conscious and will wrap up multiple items together to save on paper and packaging. If you would like your blankets or scarves individually wrapped please purchase them in separate gift boxes here. All sale orders will ship using a reduced packaging option. Please note that fragile and gift box products will come in our standard boxed packaging. Customers can choose to create a gift box, which will be packaged in our signature TBCo gift box.

Our products are well protected and ready to be gifted with no receipt or invoices in the packaging, so you can have them sent straight to the recipient's door!

We offer a reduced packaging option at checkout, where your items will be packaged with TBCo design tissue paper in an eco-friendly mailing bag. Please note that fragile and gift box products will come in our standard boxed packaging. Customers can choose to create a gift box, which will be packaged in our signature TBCo gift box.

Returns

TBCo Extended Christmas Returns

To make festive gifting a little easier, we’ve extended our returns window over the Christmas period. Any order placed between 17th November and 23rd December 2025 (inclusive) can be returned or exchanged up until 31st January 2026. All other standard return terms apply, and your statutory rights remain unaffected.
