We package each order as though it is a gift, because whether you are treating a loved one or yourself, we want it to feel special. Everything is hand-wrapped with care and sent with love from Edinburgh.

We are environmentally conscious and will wrap up multiple items together to save on paper and packaging. If you would like your blankets or scarves individually wrapped, please purchase them in separate gift boxes here. 

Please note all gift boxes are sent in our TBCo branded cardboard boxes, the wooden boxes shown in images are for display purpose only. 

Our products are well protected and ready to be gifted with no receipt or invoices included in the packaging, so you can have them sent straight to the recipient's door!

We offer a reduced packaging option at checkout, where your items will be packaged with TBCo design tissue paper in an eco-friendly mailing bag. All orders including only sale items will also ship using this reduced packaging option.

Yes! We offer one complimentary gift note at checkout, you can find the option to add this in your cart.

Just tick ‘Add a free gift note’, and you can then type your message. 

Unfortunately gift notes are not available on orders shipped within the US.

On the product page for the item you've chosen, click on the 'Add Embroidery?' button. Add a name, date or initials. Depending on your chosen product, the embroidery guidelines may vary; you can find the character limit for each product here.

Next, look at the images showing the two fonts available and click on the one you want. All embroidery is done in a lovely camel thread as this complements all our designs.

Personalising a product takes 2 days so bear this in mind, your item will be shipped via your chosen method - Standard or Express after these 2 days.

To make festive gifting a little easier, we’ve extended our returns window over the Christmas period. Any order placed between 17th November and 23rd December 2025 (inclusive) can be returned or exchanged up until 31st January 2026. All other standard return terms apply, and your statutory rights remain unaffected.
