On average, shipping to Australia takes between 5-7 working days. Please also add 3-4 working days if you opt for embroidery.
Our warehouse is closed at weekends to give our hard-workers some time off, so any orders placed at weekends will be dispatched on the following Monday.

How is my order packaged?
We package each order as though it is a gift, because whether you are treating a loved one or yourself we want it to feel special. Everything is hand-wrapped with care and sent with love from Edinburgh.
We are environmentally conscious and will wrap up multiple items together to save on paper and packaging. If you would like your products individually packaged please purchase them in separate orders. Customers can also choose to create a gift box, which will be packaged in a Luxury TBCo Gift Box for an additional cost.
Our products are well protected and ready to be gifted with no receipt or invoices in the packaging, so you can have them sent straight to the recipient's door!
