On first receiving this dressing gown in September I was really impressed with the weight and how nice it looked, however after the first wash I noticed threads coming loose, which now 6 months later is just getting worse. I wouldn’t mind as much if I hadn’t paid over £100 for this but now it just looks cheap and I imagine will just keep further unravelling and will have to get rid of, where I was hoping this would last me a long time. Just quite disappointed

So sad, unfortunately this dressing gown has pulled literally the second I got it out the bag do not buy this because you will just be devastated every time you wear it- it pulls, it was so expensive! Absolutely love the feel, colours, weight, craftsmanship is so wonderful but sadly it pulls and looks very groggy quickly. The customer service team have been outstanding so all in all a real shame it is truly beautiful

On average, shipping to Australia takes between 5-7 working days. Please also add 3-4 working days if you opt for embroidery.
Our warehouse is closed at weekends to give our hard-workers some time off, so any orders placed at weekends will be dispatched on the following Monday.

How is my order packaged?
We package each order as though it is a gift, because whether you are treating a loved one or yourself we want it to feel special. Everything is hand-wrapped with care and sent with love from Edinburgh.
We are environmentally conscious and will wrap up multiple items together to save on paper and packaging. If you would like your products individually packaged please purchase them in separate orders. Customers can also choose to create a gift box, which will be packaged in a Luxury TBCo Gift Box for an additional cost. Please note, depending on items in your order our team may need to upgrade your gift box to a larger alternative design.
Our products are well protected and ready to be gifted with no receipt or invoices in the packaging, so you can have them sent straight to the recipient's door!
