We feel that natural products clean natural toys best. To clean and sterilise your wooden teether we'd recommend white vinegar or apple cider vinegar diluted with water, don't immerse the teether into the water rather dip a soft cloth into the solution and wipe the surface of the teether.

On average, shipping to Australia takes between 5-7 working days. Please also add 3-4 working days if you opt for embroidery.
Our warehouse is closed at weekends to give our hard-workers some time off, so any orders placed at weekends will be dispatched on the following Monday.

How is my order packaged?
We package each order as though it is a gift, because whether you are treating a loved one or yourself we want it to feel special. Everything is hand-wrapped with care and sent with love from Edinburgh.
We are environmentally conscious and will wrap up multiple items together to save on paper and packaging. If you would like your products individually packaged please purchase them in separate orders. Customers can also choose to create a gift box, which will be packaged in a Luxury TBCo Gift Box for an additional cost. Please note, depending on items in your order our team may need to upgrade your gift box to a larger alternative design.
Our products are well protected and ready to be gifted with no receipt or invoices in the packaging, so you can have them sent straight to the recipient's door!
